Join Our Team: Operations Analyst (Remote)

  Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service schedules for our team of technicians
• Partner with technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment for each job
• Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates on service requests
• Manage invoicing and billing processes for services rendered
• Prepare and provide quotes to customers
• Utilize software systems to track service requests, equipment and customer information
• Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Provide support to the operations team as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the HVAC and refrigeration services industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with invoicing and quoting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
