Join Our Team: Entry-Level HVAC Technician (ME, NH, RI, CT)

   Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs
• Communicate with customers to assist in explaining issues and providing recommendations for repairs or replacements
• Coordinate with Operations Analysts to schedule service appointments and provide updates on service requests
• Utilize software systems to track service requests, equipment, and customer information
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations
• Provide support to the operations team as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in a related field (such as construction, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC), or completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to learn to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
